Six Community Liaison Groups (CLGs) have been set up as a direct channel for MTR Corporation to communicate with the local community: Admiralty, Ocean Park & Chung Hom Shan, Wong Chuk Hang, Lei Tung, South Horizons and Telegraph Bay. Reports on progress and construction impacts of the South Island Line (East) will be presented regularly in CLGs. CLG membership includes local district council members, schools, representatives of organizations, Incorporated Owners, Owners' Committee and Management Offices of residential estates along the South Island Line (East) alignment and representatives from government departments etc. CLG meetings will be held according to the work progress of the South Island Line (East), normally on a quarterly basis. Any person who wishes to observe a meeting is recommended to reserve seat with the MTR Corporation. Enquiries should be made at least two working days before the meeting by telephone at MTR Projects Hotline (T:2993 3333).
